MF DC INVERTER SPOT/PROJECTION WELDER
MF DC Inverter Spot / Projection Welder: Precision Welding with Advanced MFDC Technology
The MF DC Inverter Spot / Projection Welder is a high-precision, energy-efficient welding system designed to deliver both spot welding and projection welding capabilities with the advantages of medium-frequency DC (MFDC) inverter technology. It is optimized for steady, repeatable welds on various metals including mild steel (MS), stainless steel (SS), galvanized steel (GA), aluminium (AL) & alloys, titanium, etc.
Using MFDC inverter control, the welder produces a nearly constant DC output with minimal zero-crossing losses, better power factor, faster current rise times, and accurate control in milliseconds. The result: higher weld quality, reduced energy consumption, less heat-affected distortion, and better results even in tougher or high conductivity materials.
Its construction (stand / press type) is built to be robust with superior stability, low vibration, and sound dampening, making it suitable for industrial shop floor environments with heavy use. The machine is also built for ease of programming, maintenance, and consistent production.
Key Features
- Upside insulation is convenient for other device installation. Lowerside accident like short circuit when installing welding jigs can be prevented.
- Use electro-pneumatic proportional valve. Gas pressure can be set quickly. It is controlled by controller. Easily program, store and recall the welding current, time and pressure.
- DC output reduced the impact of welding current caused by secondary side induction. The power factor is almost 1. Output welding current can be fully constant and no zero crossing. Save the energy and reduce production cost.
- Parallel cooling water route is used in this machine. Every route can be adjusted and displayed separately to check the welding status. Warning function is working through water flow detector.
- Pressure head up and down speed can be adjusted continuously. It reduced the pressure impact to the work piece and reduced noise also.
- All the basic structures are welded by automatic robot. Good anti-vibration and impact rigidity will assure good weld.
