Kaiyuan is a global leader in welding automation solutions, offering advanced systems like submerged arc welding, spot/projection welding, narrow gap TIG/MIG/SAW machines, cladding systems, and idler roller manufacturing machines. It also provides automated production lines for conveyor rollers, transformer radiators, and axles.
KWAI, established in 2015 in Pune, Maharashtra, focuses on manufacturing and supplying welding & cutting equipment. Its Pune demo center showcases solutions like narrow gap SAW/TIG, submerged arc welding machines, saddle cutting machines, tube-to-tube TIG welding, and strip cladding systems.
Kaiyuan SAW machines, built with Kaiyuan and Panasonic technology, ensure high reliability and are widely used in PEB, pressure vessel, railway, and shipbuilding industries.
CLADDING MACHINES
STRIP CLADDING DEVICE
For pressure vessel manufactured pipe, tube sheet surface automatic cladding. Submerged arc welding and electroslag cladding process.
SMALL PIPE INNER CLADDING
Suitable for ɸ50–800mm pipe inner stainless steel cladding, supporting both MIG and TIG welding processes for efficient and high-quality performance.
30 DEG ELBOW CLADDING
Suitable for heavy pressure vessel 30°elbow internal surface automatic cladding with Tungsten electrode automatic TIG wire filling processes.
90 DEG ELBOW CLADDING
The machine mills roller ends with four devices, using hydraulics for precise clamping and smooth feeding.
VERTICAL TIG CLADDING
The installation is for internal vertical hole or valve line automatic cladding. Cold TIG/hot wire TIG welding processes.
D-TIG CLADDING
Two tungsten in one torch, powered by one master power source and one slave PS to control the arc.
