KWAI was established in 2015 in Pune, Maharashtra, India. KWAI is focused on manufacturing and selling welding & cutting equipments and idler roller manufacturing machines. Our demo center is located in Pune plant where we can show our customers some of the products such as narrow gap SAW, Narrow gap TIG, Submerged ARC welding machines, Idler roller manufacturing machines, Saddle cutting and welding machine, tube to tube joint TIG welding machine, strip cladding system etc.
Kaiyuan Submerged arc welding machines are desinged based on Kaiyuan special technology and Panasonic technology to ensure the high reliability and performance. Kaiyuan SAW welding machines are widely used in PEB sector, pressure vessel sector, railway sector and shipyard industry etc.
Kaiyuan has the best idler roller manufacturing machines which can cover all the process for idler roller manufacturing. Individual machines include Pipe cutting machine, Double end boring machine, Bearing and housing assembly machine, Housing welding machine and idler shaft manufacturing machine. Kaiyuan also provides full automatic idler roller production line for complete roller line automation.
